1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HH89 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operated via the website hh89.click. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions and features available on HH89.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus on HH89, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using HH89 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules or conditions attached to individual games, promotions or features on HH89, which may supplement but do not replace the general Terms stated here. 2Eligibility

To register and use HH89, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain only one account on HH89. This applies regardless of the device, browser, email address or payment method used. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in all accounts being closed and all balances — including any winnings — being forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering on HH89, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms. HH89 will not be responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information supplied at registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HH89 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. HH89 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security. 3.4 Account Verification

HH89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts cannot be permanently verified via third-party documentation — the person registering must be the person verified.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

HH89 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits made through third-party accounts — meaning payment accounts not registered in your own name — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Before approving a withdrawal, HH89 may request identity verification documents if these have not already been provided. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. 4.3 Currency

All HH89 transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees. The balance shown in your account is your actual PKR balance with no hidden conversion applied.

5Bonuses and Promotions

HH89 offers a range of promotions to Pakistani players, including a welcome bonus, Monday reload bonus, Wednesday free spins, weekend cashback and a refer-a-friend programme. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds on HH89 are subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. For example, a Rs 2,000 bonus requires Rs 60,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All HH89 bonuses have a validity period, typically seven days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds and any associated free spins winnings that have not been wagered to completion within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

A referral qualifies when the referred person registers using your unique referral link for the first time, is not an existing HH89 account holder under any identity, and makes a first deposit of at least Rs 200. Referrals made from the same device, IP address or household as the referring account may be subject to additional review before the reward is confirmed.

6Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

HH89 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account on HH89 for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool or automated process to play games, claim bonuses or interact with the HH89 platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, malfunction or error in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected error must be reported to HH89 support and are not eligible for withdrawal until reviewed.

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer or otherwise tamper with the HH89 platform, its security measures or its game systems.

• Charging back deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been used to place bets on HH89. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will be pursued accordingly.

7Game Rules

10Account Suspension and Closure

HH89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, HH89 will contact the account holder at the registered email address within five business days to explain the reason for the suspension and any steps required to resolve it. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.

If you wish to voluntarily close your HH89 account, you may do so by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification. Bonus funds and free spins winnings that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11Limitation of Liability

HH89 is not liable for any losses — financial, consequential, indirect or otherwise — arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount of your real money account balance at the time the relevant event occurred. HH89 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

HH89 is not responsible for losses arising from internet service interruptions, device failures, third-party payment provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a technical fault on the HH89 side causes a game to malfunction in a way that affects your balance, HH89 will investigate and restore any verified loss from a confirmed system error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits HH89's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

HH89 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, HH89 will provide notice via email to registered account holders at least seven days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of HH89 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
